Head chef
Kevin Nathan began his training as a chef in his home country India, before he came to Germany in 1989. After holding posts in Berliner Kongresshalle, Paris-Moskau, Diekmann in der Meinekestrasse and Traube, he was appointed head chef in July 2009 in the Châlet Suisse.

Restaurant manager
Dominique Claude Marneau has proved his skills in Berlin’s best restaurants, which include working for Siegfried Rockendorf and Franz Raneburger of the Bamberger Reiter. He helped set up Le Cochon in Kreuzberg, where he was Maître d’hôtel for a number of years. He was appointed Maître d’hôtel at the Diekmann im Châlet Suisse in 2004.
